Board CV Support
Writing a non-executive CV that does you justice takes time and requires insight into what board members actually do. We will help. We can't write it for you, but we offer a range of guidance to enable you to draw out your board relevant skills and articulate them succinctly in the format recruiters want to see.

- Board CV Review webinar - Review *real* Board CVs selected from the webinar participants' drafts (optional to submit) to illustrate what works and what might need more consideration.
- A 1-on-1 Board CV Review - Submit your draft Board CV for honest and constructive feedback from one of our team of CV reviewers. They are all experienced NEDs who have been involved in board recruitment to enable them to bring a ‘real-world’ perspective to your document. This Review can be purchased (discounted price for Full Members), or is included in our Board CV Masterclass (below).

When you get an interview for a board role, good preparation is key. We offer our Full Members a 1-on-1 phone conversation to run through the issues which may come up and how to present your skills and experience.
Our ability to make the right connection for you when you get a board interview is a key part of Women on Boards' "secret sauce". Our network includes people on boards in every type of sector, so we will do our very best to connect you with a non-executive with similar experience. Whether you have an interview for an academy or college; an NHS Trust; a public body like the Environment Agency, Ofgem or Kew Gardens; an AIM or FTSE listed board; or a charity, we can help ensure you understand the strategic issues in the sector and help you put your best foot forward on the day.
Our 1-on-1 Pre-interview support is available to our Full Members only for capacity reasons. We offer pre-interview support for each and every board interview secured. We ask for as much notice as possible to arrange a mutually convenient time, but are usually able to arrange support even for last-minute interviews. Do let us know your timescales when requesting your pre-interview support.
