Everyone is faced with some type of stress. How we deal with it, is what separates the cool and comfortable from those who are anxious 
and on edge, we’re now faced with the make-up of a new working world, which will present new stressors and obstacles we personally wouldn’t’ve encountered before. 
 
For this call, we’ll be looking to understand how we can adopt a positive mindset, which increases our ability to find solutions to challenging situations and to deal more effectively with stress. INSEAD International Directors Programme

The International Directors Programme is INSEADs flagship course in corporate governance and is a unique educational experience that aims to develop effective directors for the global business scene.  Women on Boards is proud to be partnering with INSEAD to promote this 3-module programme, which is offered in both Fontainebleau, France and in Singapore.
