Everyone is faced with some type of stress. How we deal with it, is what separates the cool and comfortable from those who are anxious
and on edge, we’re now faced with the make-up of a new working world, which will present new stressors and obstacles we personally wouldn’t’ve encountered before.
For this call, we’ll be looking to understand how we can adopt a positive mindset, which increases our ability to find solutions to challenging situations and to deal more effectively with stress. Prioritising our physical & mental well-being is paramount, let’s discover the best ways to ensure it remains so.

Our next online pitch event kicks off with a 30 minute briefing plus Q&A from Emer Hughes, part of the Corporate and Commercial team at Kingsley Napley, on the key legal terms for investors - highly recommended if you aren't already familiar with them, need a recap or have questions. From 5.30, we'll hear pitches from 3 female founded tech/science businesses who've been through our 4-stage screening and selection process.
INSEAD International Directors Programme
The International Directors Programme is INSEADs flagship course in corporate governance and is a unique educational experience that aims to develop effective directors for the global business scene. Women on Boards is proud to be partnering with INSEAD to promote this 3-module programme, which is offered in both Fontainebleau, France and in Singapore.
Mary Sue Rogers, a WOB member and a NED of WOB Australia and Fiona Hathorn, WOB UK co-founder and CEO, are alumnae of the programme and would be happy to speak to anyone who is seriously considering enrolling.
