Our NED Competencies Masterclass gives guidance, best practice and instruction on some of the key elements and latest developments relevant to Board Directors and NEDs.
The more time one spends as a non-executive board member, the more one appreciates the complexity of the role. This masterclass aims to cover both the hard and soft skills involved in being an NED or Trustee and provide time to reflect on and discuss common topics and challenges.
The half-day masterclass (9am - 1pm) focuses on the following areas:

Please note, the course fee also includes a complimentary e-version of the Non-Executive Directors' Handbook, published by NEDA in association with ICSA.
