Due to the Covid-19 lock down we are changing this to a Directors' Circle Zoom Meeting. Fear not, this virtual session is designed to still include plenty of networking opportunities as well as, of course, topical insights from our main speaker.

For this Directors' Circle we will be joined by Martin Webster, Partner at Pinsent Mason, who will be looking at directors' reporting duties in a time of crisis.

About the speaker - Martin Webster

Martin has practised as a corporate lawyer for more than 35 years. He now specialises in corporate governance and advisory work, helping boards, company secretaries and senior management teams understand their responsibilities and find practical solutions to issues surrounding corporate compliance, risk management and governance. He has worked with a number of major companies on their market abuse compliance procedures, and provides timely advice on disclosure queries as they arise. He also delivers boardroom advice and has acted as company secretary to a major energy infrastructure project. Martin regularly runs topical and engaging training and update sessions for boards and executive teams.  He publishes a popular one page briefing on governance and boardroom issues, Boardroom Briefing which is uploaded to the Women on Boards website every month.
