Board CV Masterclass

The Board CV Masterclass is a transformational step in many boardroom journeys. It is a must for those targeting more competitive boards who may either need to explain a non-linear careers or to differentiate their experience as a unique proposition.

This is about identifying your unique value-add to the boardroom and crafting a CV that accurately reflects the experience and capabilities.  We show you how to position yourself to demonstrate that you are board ready, even if you have not yet had experience as a board member.

We focus on you, helping you to unpack the unique range of skills you bring. We also explain what really goes on in the boardroom so that you can judge which parts of your experience are most valuable as a non-executive. You will learn about the language and structure recruiters want to see in a CV document, but we also share how to use your ‘pitch’ in conversation and on LinkedIn. All this ensures you are pitching yourself at the right level and packaging the information succinctly.

Our online Board CV Masterclass runs both virutally and in-person in London. Both include a 1-on-1 Board CV Review, arranged at a time of mutual convenience to review your resulting draft.  The virtual session over two high participative 2-hour sessions and is limited to just 12 places; the in-person session is one 3.5hour session limited to 15 participants. . 
 

Board CV Review Webinar

Writing a non-executive CV that gives you the best chance of securing the all-important interview requires insight into what board members actually do and what recruiters look for. We can help.

During this 45 minute interactive webinar we will review up to four *real* Board CVs, selected at random from the webinar participants (with agreement) to illustrate what works and what might need more consideration. You will come away with a clear understanding of how you can best approach the task of writing (or editing) your own Board CV to ensure it does you justice as a candidate. 

You can join the webinar with or without a draft Board CV. It is suitable for those who would welcome some further insight to refine their Board CV and those who are just considering how to start pulling together their important document.
