Margie has over 12 years’ experience as a professional Non-Executive Director with background as an internationally experienced commercial CEO & executive in supply chain, procurement and full P&L responsibility for a major food manufacturing business.  Current Non-Executive Director Roles include Bapcor Group Ltd (ASX:BAP) – Chair, Metcash Ltd (ASX:MTS), Newcastle Permanent Building Society – Mutual Bank and Droppoint. 

Her previous Non-Executive Director Roles include Bag Trans Transport Services, Southern Hospitality Ltd, Stuart Alexander, Fantastic Holdings Ltd (ASX:FAN), Agrifood Skills Council, NSW Crown Lands Holiday Park Trust and Central Coast Water Corporation
