This mentor is is a well connected leader and strategic thinker, known for her ability to realise potential in both people and organisations. She has been recognized for her business development skills and commercial acumen with awards for enterprise and market development. Additionally she assists boards and directors find their way through the maze of governance, performance, people and strategy issues. She is an established NED in both public sector and private sector. She has a Doctor of Business Administration 2003 from University of Western Australia, a Graduate Diploma in Business from Curtin University of Technology, a Bachelor of Education and is a Fellow of the AICD and of the Australian Institute of Mangement AIM
Non-Executive Director and Senior Executive, Hunter Region NSW
This mentor is an experienced trustee of a large Industry Superannuation Fund where she is the Chair of the Remuneration and Insurance Committees, and a long-term member of the Audit and Risk Committee. She is a Board Director of the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees, and sits on the Examination Committee of the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia. She speaks on how women can advance their careers to suit their own aspirations. An AICD Fellow, she encourages women to leadership roles and sees firm evidence of women NEDs enhancing business outcomes, external relationships and communities.

Following the completion of the program, mentees have the option of purchasing additional mentoring sessions in packages of three one hour sessions for $1,452 (inc GST) or six one hour sessions for $2,772 (inc GST).
