Creating a high quality board-ready CV with an appropriate online profile is one of the boxes you need to tick when seeking to go on a board. Women on Boards brings 15 years of expertise and a wide range of services for CV development, review and support. 

 

1. WOB Profile Review

Your WOB Profile is the first step in creating a good quality board ready CV. It also assists us to target vacancies to you and understand what you offer a board. Your WOB Profile is accessible from your personal Dashboard once you subscribe to WOB. Once you complete your profile, WOB principals Claire Braund or Ruth Medd will provide a high-level five 10 minute complimentary review to give you some pointers and advice on whether you need additional support. Should you require an in depth review, a $110 fee will be incurred.

2. WOB CV Masterclass

An intensive workshop focusing on enabling you to develop a high quality, board-ready CV.  If you have the time and the mindset, building your own CV better enables you to express your capability and experience - clearly highlighting to those involved in the selection process the value you bring to a board or committee.  A key outcome is to enable you to get onto the short-list, and ultimately to an interview, where you will be confident in speaking to (and expanding on) your CV.  Click here for details.

3. WOB mentoring

When you contract a WOB mentor through our My Mentor service you receive one introductory session and five mentoring sessions. You can use these to assist with the development of your board CV should you wish.

4. Expert CV writers endorsed by WOB

Women on Boards works with a cadre of small businesses and individuals who provide niche services in areas we have identified as important to our subscribers. We will only refer and recommend people and companies with whom we partner with or have road tested at a course or event.
