Guy Farrow - Partner, Heidrick & Struggles
Guy is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Sydney and Melbourne offices and the regional managing partner of the CEO & Board of Directors Practice for Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Previously, he was a co-chair of the Global Promotions Committee overseeing internal promotions to partner. Other previous leadership roles include managing partner of Australia and regional managing partner of the Industrial Practice in Asia Pacific.
Guy has more than 15 years of experience with Heidrick & Struggles, specializing in board appointments, CEO succession, senior executive search assignments, and the assessment and development of top executives.
He has conducted over 30 Chairman, 90 Non Executive Director and 80 CEO Succession assignments, helping a number of ASX listed, unlisted and private equity companies across a range of industry sectors.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Guy held senior executive positions within the aviation sector of American Airlines in Dallas, Qantas, and as a founder of the ASX-listed Regional Express. He was also a consultant with Bain & Company and Port Jackson Partners.
Guy has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a major in marketing. He is a former national swimming champion and received a scholarship to attend the University of Hawaii, from which he graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Honours), majoring in international business.
Annalie Davies - Partner Heidrick & Struggles
Annalie is a Partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Sydney office and a member of the Financial Services Practice. She is Global Sector Co-Head of Asset Management.
Annalie has more than 20 years of experience in Australia and the UK, working with senior industry professionals across banking, funds and wealth management, insurance, superannuation, and professional services.
Annalie joined Heidrick & Struggles from Vine Partners, a privately owned, boutique executive search firm she established in 2011 with expertise in the financial services sector.
Prior to starting her own business, Annalie was a partner of Collins Consulting Group, a Sydney based boutique executive search firm where during her seven years she had sector responsibility for the wealth and funds management practices as well as functional responsibility for the corporate infrastructure practice working with HR, COO, finance, risk, compliance, technology, audit and marketing professionals.
Before returning to Sydney in 2004, Annalie was based in London where she worked for Armstrong International and another global executive search firm within their technology and financial services practices. During her time in London, Annalie was seconded to the role of head of talent acquisition for idealab!, an internet incubator. Annalie began her career in Sydney.
Annalie studied business studies at the University of the West of England.
