Anne Hatton, Managing Director & Founder, Hattonneale
Anne has over 20 years’ experience in Executive Search, Recruitment and the HR industry. Prior to establishing Hattonneale in 2008, Anne was Chief Executive Officer of one of the sector’s largest organisations in Australia, Hudson (formerly Morgan & Banks) and led the business through a period of significant change and growth. Anne began her career in financial services working with a large domestic bank as well as a global investment banking group, servicing a diverse domestic and international customer group.
With significant client acquisition and development experience across a broad range of organisations including; ASX listed companies, private growth companies and multinational corporations, Anne has deep experience working with Boards, Chief Executive Officers and C-Suite Executives.
Since establishing Hattonneale, Anne’s primary focus has been on working with Boards and Senior Executives across the Financial Services, Healthcare, Aged Care, Agribusiness and Property sectors. Anne is passionate about helping businesses identify and build Board and Senior Executive capability, and in working with experienced and emerging Executives to meet her clients’ needs.
Anne completed a Bachelor of Arts (Economics and Japanese) at the University of Sydney and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
Jane Neale, Managing Director & Founder, Hattonneale
Jane is a co-founder of Hattonneale and has over 10 years of experience as a Managing Director and trusted advisor for Chief Executive Officer, C-Suite and Board level appointments across ASX listed and private companies.
Prior to Hattonneale, Jane spent 20 years in the advertising industry at George Patterson, (Australia’s largest agency), including three years as Managing Director, consulting on a vast range of blue chip, multi-national and local clients across Retail, FMCG, Media and major sporting events including the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games and the Rugby World Cup.
Jane’s primary focus at Hattonneale has been working with Boards and Senior Executives across Retail, FMCG and the Digital, Technology and Media sectors. She is passionate about helping businesses build Board and Senior Executive capability to tackle digital disruption and achieve greater diversity.
Jane has served on a number of Boards throughout her career and was previously a Non-Executive Director of Sydney University Football Club and the Shore Foundation. Earlier in her career Jane served on the Boards of the Australian Association of National Advertisers [AANA] and the Advertising Federation of Australia.
Jane completed a Bachelor of Arts (Communications) at UTS and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
