  1. Personalised feedback on your board profile:  Women on Boards will, on request, review your WOB Profile and provide you with individual feedback on how you can improve your pitch. This feedback is based on seeing hundreds of CVs and knowing what selection panels and head-hunters will be looking for, which will improve your chances of getting an interview. We will also give you advice about your board strategy more generally, if you could use help with where and how to target your board ambitions. 
  2.  Full access to our Vacancy Board:  WOB actively searches for board positions in newspapers, on the web and via our network and we have listed approximately 16,000 roles since the service launched in Australia in 2006. This one-stop shop of current NED and trustee vacancies is designed to make it easier for you to find a board role that matches your aspirations. 
  3. Help preparing for an upcoming board interview:  We will provide connections and advice when you have got through to the interview stage and need encouragement or help. We now have a broad and deep network of connections across the country who are happy to share their experience, so can make key introductions to help you put your best foot forward.
