Eima Alkheder, Principal - Head of Operations, Aon Hewitt Australia
Eima is responsible for all operational aspects of Aon Pacific. She has oversight of service level agreement monitoring and reporting, contractual management, on-site operational visits spot testing, Incident and complaints reporting, regular compliance monitoring including risk, claims management and ensures the fund meets its regulatory obligations both under Australian and PNG regulators. Eima joined Aon in October 1996 and was appointed Director of Aon Charitable Foundation Pty Limited in 2013, Director and Chair of Aon Hewitt PNG Limited in 2014, Director of Aon Superannuation (PNG) Pty Limited and Director of Aon Risk Service in 2018.
Chantal Bou Mansour, Fund Manager, AXA IM - Real Assets
Chantal is responsible for a portfolio of office investments valued over $500m, in her role she is responsible for the implementation of Axa’s strategy and performance. She is also a member of the AXA Responsible Investment Committee. Chantal joined AXA in January 2009 as the Assistant Fund Manager of AXA’s largest Fund, assisting in the implementation and setting of the strategy for the $2.5 billion of funds under management. Prior to joining AXA, Chantal was the Fund Analyst of the Unlisted Retail Property Trusts at Stockland Property Group and also an Analyst at GE Corporate Real Estate working across a portfolio of over 50 assets.

Samantha is an experienced finance and technology professional, with experience in the insurance industry (General and Broking). Her skills include leading in a matrixed global shared service environment, financial analysis and planning, technology procurement and contracts, managing outsourced & offshored resourcing across multiple geographies, as well as finance systems reporting, support and training. Samantha holds deep understanding of the insurance industry, technology functions and trends. Samantha also holds voluntary executive roles within her local incorporated community organisation of treasury and secretary functions, managing a highly solvent, stable financial organisation, and a successful fundraising background.
