Eima Alkheder, Principal - Head of Operations, Aon Hewitt Australia

Eima is responsible for all operational aspects of Aon Pacific. She has oversight of service level agreement monitoring and reporting, contractual management, on-site operational visits spot testing, Incident and complaints reporting, regular compliance monitoring including risk, claims management and ensures the fund meets its regulatory obligations both under Australian and PNG regulators. Eima joined Aon in October 1996 and was appointed Director of Aon Charitable Foundation Pty Limited in 2013, Director and Chair of Aon Hewitt PNG Limited in 2014, Director of Aon Superannuation (PNG) Pty Limited and Director of Aon Risk Service in 2018. 

Chantal Bou Mansour, Fund Manager, AXA IM - Real Assets

Chantal is responsible for a portfolio of office investments valued over $500m, in her role she is responsible for the implementation of Axa’s strategy and performance. She is also a member of the AXA Responsible Investment Committee. Chantal joined AXA in January 2009 as the Assistant Fund Manager of AXA’s largest Fund, assisting in the implementation and setting of the strategy for the $2.5 billion of funds under management. Prior to joining AXA, Chantal was the Fund Analyst of the Unlisted Retail Property Trusts at Stockland Property Group and also an Analyst at GE Corporate Real Estate working across a portfolio of over 50 assets.

Samantha Cairns, Head of IT Operations, Asia Pacific, Aon Risk Solutions

Samantha is an experienced finance and technology professional, with experience in the insurance industry (General and Broking). Her skills include leading in a matrixed global shared service environment, financial analysis and planning, technology procurement and contracts, managing outsourced & offshored resourcing across multiple geographies, as well as finance systems reporting, support and training. Samantha holds deep understanding of the insurance industry, technology functions and trends. Samantha also holds voluntary executive roles within her local incorporated community organisation of treasury and secretary functions, managing a highly solvent, stable financial organisation, and a successful fundraising background.

Michelle DePasquale, Business Development Manager, DWS

Michelle is an experienced professional with extensive experience across multiple disciplines (including healthcare technology, professional services, financial services, psychology, education, marketing and sales) and exposure to a range of industries (from start-ups to ASX listed companies).

Sarah Dunn, Head of Group Services Australia and Transformation, ANZ Banking Corporation

Sarah is an experienced leader in wealth management, trusteeship and financial services having held a range of executive positions over her 25+ years across multiple cultures and lines of difference that can be transferred across industries. Her key strengths are stakeholder communication and change management, governance and risk management, strategic execution and business transformation leveraging smart technologies, from front line through to operations. Sarah has interfaced with and influenced complex stakeholders including central bank, government, regulators, board members and high-profile clients and currently sits on two boards internal to ANZ. 

Diana Fear, CEO, Central West Farming Systems Inc

Diana’s area of expertise lies in strategic project management and implementing successional communication campaigns for regional initiatives that benefit the agricultural industry. She is proficient in all areas of project management including design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and extension. Diana oversees the development and implementation of communication and engagement strategies for all initiatives at Central West Farming Systems (CWFS) at Condobolin. Diana has a strong track record of encouraging adoption of research outcomes by end-users (farmers) through a wide range of delivery channels. Diana is a board member of RDA Central West.

Tanya Ferguson, Client Director & FSG Southern Region Leader, Aon Corporation Australia

Tanya is an experienced Client Director with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. She is skilled in Financial Risk, Professional Liability, Professional Indemnity Insurance, Employment Practices Liability, and Indemnity. A strong professional and graduated from Australian Graduate School of Management.

Sally Gibson, Consultant, Devevoise & Plimpton LLP

Sally is a partner in the London office of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. She is a member of the firm's Investment Management Group. Her practice focuses on advising sponsors of private investment funds, including buyout, real estate, infrastructure, venture capital, energy, mezzanine and secondaries funds. Sally has advised on the restructuring of English investment managers and investment advisers and the acquisition of fund management groups. Sally has extensive experience working with clients to navigate the regulatory issues affecting the private equity and fund management sectors.

Bronwyn Hooton, Senior Manager Brand & Marketing, Industry Super Australia

Bronwyn is a marketing and media professional with over 12 years of diverse knowledge and practical placement within the industry. This experience extends across project management, strategic implementation, consumer/sales marketing, sponsorship and publicity. She is currently responsible for working closely with the 16 Industry SuperFunds on strategic development and implementation of the Industry SuperFunds’ Joint Marketing Campaign. Bronwyn’s positions have used her strong skills in stakeholder management to manage complex and successful national campaigns across different industries.

Astrid is a Senior Manager with emphasis on production horticulture and food with ten years’ plus experience as a strategic planner and program management specialist. Astrid has extensive experience with broad based industry research and development, trade and export investment, marketing and financial management. Strengths of Astrid’s’ include negotiation and understanding of the issues affecting this industry and her ability to work closely with peak industry bodies, grower members, government and research agencies, marketing agencies, consultants, corporate sponsors and end users and industry associations. Michelle works at Australia Post with a focus on securing the successful delivery of an environmental risk framework, as well as influencing sustainable purchasing decisions, establishing Australia Post as a leading responsible brand. She has strengths in networking, empowering others, and project management. Michelle has grown up preoccupied with the need to protect the natural world and wants to be a force for positive impact in society. She is motivated by having a platform to encourage and help people to make more sustainable choices. 

Shanna Livingstone, Special Counsel, Gadens Lawyers

Shanna is a Special Counsel at Gadens in their Property, Construction & Planning Group, where she oversees all of their retail leasing practice. Shanna advises clients in all aspects of property law, specialising in acting for owners and managers of retail property. Before being admitted as a solicitor, Shanna worked in centre management for one of Queensland’s largest regional shopping centres. This industry experience gives Shanna a greater understanding of the issues facing her clients’ businesses and allows her to offer proactive and practical advice and assistance to clients.

Sally Marasco, Operations Director, Australian Medical Robotics Academy

With a proven track record of delivering outstanding results for every organisation she has worked with, Sally has empowered executive teams, produced collaborative win-win partnerships and created roadmaps that take the strategy & planning through to execution. Sally has managed operations in the major event space including the Australian Grand Prix and Commonwealth Games. She has also been at the forefront of driving innovative initiatives for not for profit organisations including The Big Issue - Melbourne Homeless World Cup, Australia’s first dedicated men’s health centre in Melbourne and the delivery of the largest global prostate cancer conference. Sally is the Director of Marasco Projects, Board Director of not for profit entity Australian Prostate Cancer Research.

Samantha McCormack, Client Director, Aon Risk Solutions

Samantha is an experienced Client Relationship Manager and Team Leader with a demonstrated history of working in the insurance industry. She is skilled in working with Brokers, Liability Insurance, Construction Insurance, Insurance Broking, and Risk Management. Samantha is a strong sales professional who graduated from MacRobertson Girls High School.


Amanda Nuttall, Executive Director, Think Impact Pty Ltd

Amanda is a leading impact professional who specialises in sustainability strategy, analysis, management and disclosure. She has advised organisations from diverse sectors including Government, business and not-for-profit on how to measure and manage sustainability performance to better understand and be accountable for impacts and the value they are creating. From 2008 - 2016, Amanda was on the Board of Environment Victoria, one of the leading non-government voices advocating for the environment. She was also the Chair from 2013 to 2016, playing a crucial role in the ongoing governance and strategic planning of the organisation.

Rochelle Reynolds, Company Secretary, V/Line Corporation

Rochelle is a senior corporate Lawyer and governance executive specialising in the energy, transport and government sectors. Rochelle has held legal and governance roles across the energy sector, including being General Counsel and Company Secretary of Eraring Energy for ten years. Three years ago, Rochelle moved to the transport sector initially joining V/Line in the Executive role of Company Secretary and more recently on secondment as Director of Transformation within Operations.Rochelle has extensive strategic legal, risk management, compliance, and corporate governance experience in highly regulated industries. She is sought out for her knowledge and experience in board related matters, in addition to diversity and inclusion initiatives. 

Melissa Robbins, Process Superintendent, Yancoal

Melissa is an accomplished engineering and logistics professional within the resource sector with specific skills in mining, rail and occupational health and safety disciplines. She has demonstrated leadership in transformational change, technical management, process engineering, quality and logistics, health and safety and project management. Melissa’s high-level risk management, judgement, critical thinking and advisory skills have been demonstrated through small business establishment, JV appointment, and participation in community-based industry representation. Melissa has strong financial competence as director of SMSF and appointment as director of private Trust. She is recognised across industry for her academic ad innovation achievements. Melissa has an interest in directorships to leverage broad experience and enable effective delivery of leadership and support services to add value within board entity.

Cassandra Strakosch, National Partnerships Manager, Good Things Foundation

Cassandra has worked in the Australian not-for-profit sector for over ten years, with roles at Greenpeace Australia Pacific, Vision Australia, and now Good Things Foundation. In her role as National Partnerships Manager, Cassandra empowers and enables organisations across Australia to assist their community members to improve their digital skills, helping them to stay connected and not get left behind. She brings to this role her experience in community mobilisation, relationship management, communications and engagement.

Ann Wooldridge, General Manager, AdSAFE Ltd

Ann has 28 years experience in child protection assessment, investigation, compliance and training. She was formerly an Police Officer (NSW Police Force), Child Protection Caseworker (NSW Family and Community Services – NSW FACS), casual NSW TAFE Lecturer and has also held other government and non-government related roles. As a Director of GAPP Solutions Pty Ltd, Ann delivered resilience and wellbeing programs and child protection compliance training within non-government schools and various government contracts.
