Directors and Officers Insurance: Why is it important?

Webcast recorded 27 July 2022

Company directors and officers are operating in a complex and litigious environment and face increased pressure to carry out their duties and obligations to the expectations of all stakeholders. Directors & Officers Liability Insurance (D&O) protects directors, managers and officers from claims that may arise from decisions taken during the course of regular duties.

In this webcast you can hear from two experts in the D&O field as they discuss:

  • State of the D&O insurance market
  • Elements of a D&O program
