Sit down to Director Lunch with Helen Kurinic, Lynette Mayne AM

Women on Boards’ Director Lunches return to Sydney and Melbourne in August, with guest speakers Helen Kurinic and Lynette Mayne AM.

WOB has partnered with Clayton Utz in both cities to host the lunches, which are open to full, premium and corporate members and guests. 

In Melbourne, ASX Chair and NED Helen Kurinic will join WOB’s Chief Operating Officer Nicole Donegan on 3 August. 

With deep executive and board-level experience across the healthcare industry, Helen is Chair of McMillan Shakespeare and Integral Diagnostics plus NED and Chair of the Risk Committee of Estia Health and HBF Health. She was also the COO and Director of Genesis Care from its earliest inception, creating and developing the first and largest radiation oncology and cardiology business across Australia. 

Helen has also been actively involved in healthcare government policy reform, including appointments by health ministers as Chair of the Professional Programs and Services Committee for the Fourth Community Pharmacy Agreement and Member of the Minister’s Implementation Taskforce and Minister’s Reference Group for the Long-Term Reform of Aged Care.

Lynette Mayne AM - Executive Chair of Richard Branson and Jochen Zeitz’s The B Team Australasia - will be our guest speaker in Sydney, hosted by WOB co-founder Ruth Medd. 

With a proven commercial track record as a CEO, Chair and Director, Lynette is a successful entrepreneur who has established and run globally competitive businesses including Work Wear World. 

Lynette is also a member of Women Chiefs of Enterprise International, has a Prime Minister's Centenary Award for leadership in business and was also Chair of NSW’s Health Industry Council and involved with the Australian Government Trade Policy Advisory Council and APEC, ACTU-Lend Lease Foundation and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia's Diversity Council.
