New property fund seeks NEDS

In November 2020 WOB was contacted by the principals of Secure Growth Property Funds to assist with the recruitment of women to join either an advisory entity or their board. They had questions around how to recruit, where to look and what to offer...all ably answered by WOB.

 

When Paul Brady asked for a 'brain dump' to assist his early stage company, Secure Growth Property Funds, secure access to some prospective board / advisory board members, he came to the right place.

Women on Boards principals, Claire Braund and Ruth Medd, swung into action and provided him with comprehensive answers to his questions around the issues to consider when recruiting an advisory or independent board members. They have developed this into an article which you can read here.
