Legacy Leadership: A Framework for the Future

We have some exciting news to share! Our first e-Book, Legacy Leadership, has been published.

WOB has collaborated with neuro-marketing strategist, Carolyn McSweeney-Grant to develop a book from 58 reports on leadership between 2011 and 2019.

An output of the WOB Next Generation of Female Leaders program, the reports contained the output of interviews with nearly 800 leaders from around Australia and across the globe. While no individual leader is identified in the book, Legacy Leadership, their learnings and the knowledge they imparted to the participants on the Next Gen program have been crunched down into:

The book also contains a legacy leadership competency framework and assessment that can be used to inform and train the next generation of leaders.
