Women on Boards’ new face-to-face Masterclass Your LinkedIn Makeover' with LinkedIn masters Karen Tisdell and Karen Hollenbach is coming to five cities across Australia in October.

Join the Karens and WOB co-founder and CV guru, Claire Braund to learn how to connect the dots between having a persuasive LinkedIn profile and creating content that will capture the attention of your target audience, whether it be executive & board recruiters, chairs or HR professionals.

The face-to-face morning workshops are being held in five cities throughout October:

About Karen Tisdell

An early-adopter of LinkedIn, Karen Tisdell recognised the platform’s potential when working as a recruiter. Identifying a niche and foreseeing the importance of how professionals are perceived online, Karen began her LinkedIn profile writing business in 2010.

More than a decade on, she has written thousands of profiles for senior leaders and is ranked as one of the top 8 independent linkedin trainers across Asia Pacific. Having been a guest on over 35 podcasts including our own 'In Conversation With Claire', Karen is a guest lecturer at UTS, a facilitator at the Australian Institute of Management, and is the NSW resident LinkedIn expert for Social Media College.

Melbourne-based board director Carlee Baxter said Karen’s expertise hs helped her find her authentic voice.

“Karen’s unique ability to delve deep into the essence of a story has allowed me to shatter self-imposed limitations and discover my true, authentic voice. Her technical expertise and knowledge of LinkedIn, combined with practical insights and advice, has been nothing short of fantastic.

Karen’s guidance and expertise are in a league of their own. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone seeking to harness the power of LinkedIn to invest in her services. For those brave enough to take the leap, I’m confident her impact will be as transformative for you as it has been for me.”

US-based board director and Chair, Alexandra Wrage, recently attended one of Karen’s masterclasses and she was very effective at identifying key ‘soft skills’ around corporate culture and communications, in addition to growth and strategy.

“I am making the transition from founder and CEO to several board director roles. Karen has been enormously helpful in recasting my experience from a governance perspective -- out of the trenches and into an oversight role,” she said.
