Long time WOB member, Cheryl Hayman, has joined her third ASX board with the announcement of her appointment as an independent non-executive director to Shriro Holdings Limited (ASX: SHM).
Shriro is a leading kitchen appliances and consumer products marketing and distribution group operating in Australia and New Zealand employing approx. 265 FTE employees.
Cheryl has an extensive background in FMCG and has held a range of senior strategic marketing roles in major global consumer goods companies. She is currently an independent non‐executive director of HGL Limited (ASX: HGL), Clover Corporation Limited (ASX: CLV) and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and serves on the boards of non-profit companies, Darlinghurst Theatre Company and Peer Support Australia.
With her latest ASX appointment, Cheryl has stepped down as an independent NED of WOB. WOB Chair, Ruth Medd, congratulated Cheryl on her recent appointment and thanked her for her three years of service to WOB, saying Cheryl’s experience serving on boards and in top level marketing and brand awareness had been invaluable to WOB.
Cheryl was also a participant on the first WOBSX program, joining the Helen Lynch AM syndicate chaired by Jon Brett.
