Become a Corporate Member
Join the likes of NAB, HoldingRedlich, BDO and Clayton Utz and become a Women on Boards Corporate Member. Women on Boards AUS is proud to work with organisations as part of their talent development and retention strategy - an investment in the professional development of your employees. It adds value to individuals and organisations by successfully planting ‘ambition seeds’ to enable younger and senior women to believe that they can take on senior management and leadership positions as well as helping them to take on career-enhancing board roles.
Corporate membership - how it works
A Corporate Membership with Women on Boards supports you in creating lasting cultural and behavioural change in your organisation. It provides information, encouragement and connections to help employees get to the top within their organisation or to take on a board or committee role. We are breaking down the barriers to entry to the boardroom and building the pipeline of board-ready women.
WOB has a range of membership packages to suit your organisational needs. Upon commencement of the membership, each agreed employee becomes an individual member of WOB and can tap into all full member benefits. We then work with you on the agreed learning outcomes through your chosen membership option.
Throughout the duration of your Corporate Membership with WOB you will receive:
- Workshops and events to inform and inspire women, support their ambitions and grow their confidence and career resilience.
- Access to a network of professional women via our accessible online community platform.
- Connections, encouragement and personal support for employees ready to step up in their career or into the boardroom.
- Access to the WOB Vacancy Board and discounted events and courses for self-guided learning.
- Additional resources, programs & services that can be accessed as individuals require.
Current and former corporate members
Our current and former corporate members tell us they regard their membership with WOB as great value, providing personal development for employees through attendance at courses, networking with women from a broad range of industries and accessing opportunities for board positions. They value being able to contribute to the goal of improved gender balance on Australian boards and enjoy the strategic, practical and inclusive WOB approach.
As of June 2020 we have over 10 corporate partners. Please take a look at the company logos below to see who we are working with or have worked with. For these organisations, Women on Boards has run in-house career management and board readiness workshops; given talks or held other networking events; and run leadership programs.
