As a successful business owner, leader and CEO, Susan has been guided by the mantra that you must be the change you want to see in the world. She works with businesses, government agencies, health services, local government, industry associations, community groups, not for profits, and individuals - to enable them develop a vision and achieve it. Her skills are in facilitation, community and stakeholder engagement, strategic planning and leadership development.

Susan has been a director of the Telstra Foundation since 2008 and also serves on the Telstra Kids Fund which every year gives a million dollars in $1,200 grants to local non-profit groups that help kids play and learn. She has served on the boards of the North East Catchment Management Authority, North East Water, Charles Sturt University Council, the National Rural Advisory Council, Rural Industries Research and Development Corporation and the National Rural Women's Advisory Group.
