Keeping up with ASIC Regulatory Change

In recent times there has been a flurry of change in the regulatory space. This has become a never ending cycle of work for many firms.

In this WOBChat we aim to cover what are the areas of interest for the regulator and what you can do to stay compliant. Recent outcomes have covered greenwashing, operational resilience, reportable situations and complaint handling.
