Diversity Dividends

Come along to this live event and hear Claire Beattie, Executive Director of Schools Infrastructure and proud Yorta Yorta Woman interview Dr Isabelle Phillips on building belonging cultures. From board level to grass roots every brain’s automatic, subconscious drive for relating, belonging and inclusion has an impact on our capacity to think, create and perform. In this information-packed session Claire and Isabelle will discuss:

  • How to sell yourself into board roles as a culture-add, not a culture-fit,
  • The neuroscience explainers for the significant positive impacts of inclusive cultures on workforce performance and wellness,
  • The cognitive performance levers and physical health mechanisms that impact performance of non-executive directors.

Take Away:

  • Increased confidence and competence as you navigate your board career.
  • Strategies for recruitment and selection processes and for performance within your board roles.

WOBChat is provided FREE OF CHARGE to Full, Corporate, Premium Members and Champions.
