Jodie is an ASX experienced, Non‐Executive Director with expertise in financial services, consumer goods, technology/telecommunications, media/entertainment and travel/tourism.

Her board portfolio focuses on companies undergoing customer and digital transformation (including data management & AI), and has included BWX (Sukin consumer brand), RACV, Flexigroup, Beyond Bank Australia, Racing Victoria and Kinetic Superannuation. She is also an experienced Remuneration Committee Chair and an experienced Audit Committee Member.

Jodie was formerly a Chief Marketing Officer and has both P&L and international experience. Her executive career was in Tier 1 companies including General Electric, British Airways, Telstra, the Nine Network, Colgate Palmolive and Unilever. She has more than 20 years’ digital experience, driving, overseeing and governing digital transformation and enablement.

Jodie has further developed her commercial expertise by consulting in a corporate advisory practice, helping businesses raise funds and prepare for sale. She has also consulted to AT Kearney as a digital & marketing expert.
