You are invited to attend our Andreyev Lawyers partnered lunch. This is an excellent opportunity to hear from a serving Non Executive Director on their journey to the boardroom, the challenges facing their organisations and sector and comments more generally on the role and workload for directors in 2024.

Come along with questions - we look forward to seeing you face-to-face again.

Guest Speaker: Janet Miller

CEO, Centennial Park Cemetery
Deputy Chair, Bedford Group
Non-Executive Director, Paraplegics & Quadriplegics SA

Independent member, Renewal SA Finance Risk & Audit Committee

Janet has had an extensive CEO career and currently balances both executive and non-executive roles, with a focus on purpose-driven organisations.  Previously, Janet held CEO roles in commercial legal practice (Fox Tucker Lawyers) and financial services (the Perks Group).  Being experienced in both executive and non-executive roles enables Janet to bring unique perspectives to the Board table. She has skills in strategy development and execution, organisational culture, risk, and governance.

Her commercial strengths are complemented by a strong sense of compassion, but she is keenly aware of the need to balance purpose with financial sustainability. Janet is passionate about creating an inclusive and equal society in which diverse skills, experiences, and backgrounds are respected and valued.
