Make 2019 your best year yet!

There are times in all our lives when we need to review and refresh in order to reinvent and recharge! Navigating transitions from one role to another, or from one life phase to another, are examples of those points where stepping outside your usual routines, even for just a day, can repay you many times over.

In this short program, Dr Margaret Byrne will lead you in thinking about what you can do to live the life you truly want, one that reflects your values, promotes your well-being and rewards you with a strong sense of purpose and meaning.

She will share techniques you can use to support yourself by asking the kinds of questions that prove to be catalysts for you. She will help you think about how a more deliberately creative and innovative use of questions could help you make genuine progress with the issues you face this year, personal and professional. When you want to live your life to the fullest, the most important task is usually to find the right questions that will most effectively challenge your thinking. The right answers come after that and often by themselves!

Dr Margaret Bryne, a highly regarded international consultant and experienced executive coach, describes in this short video, how many people have goals but most fail to realise them. Her structured a day-long program, using proven tools and techniques backed with evidence based research, enables people to achieve their most cherished goals.
