Brisbane's November WoB meet will be an opportunity to meet other WOB members. The meet will start with a quick networking activity to get you thinking about your board career goals for 2020 - what do you want to achieve?
We will also take time to celebrate our members' success during the year so come prepared to share your board journey from 2019 - did you get your first board role? Did you add another one to your portfolio? Were you approached for a role (but may not have accepted or been successful in the process)? Did you step up at work and join a working group or committee to build your board-level experience?
More about this event
WOBMeet Brisbane is an opportunity for our members to connect within WOB, share knowledge and information and practice their all important 'elevator pitch.' The atmosphere is informal, relaxed and supportive.
Twice a year - including at Christmas time - we open the event to members guests. This is a great opportunity for our members to bring a friend / colleague and introduced them to our terrific network.
So this Christmas, give yourself or a woman you know an early gift and bring them along to WOBMeet at Grape Therapy Wine Bar, Brisbane.
Price includes one drink on arrival + light finger food. Following your first drink, drinks available at bar prices.
We thought we would kick off with people who we know can inspire and add value to your evening:
