WOB has always maintained that there is a 'board for everyone' and many women are surprised to hear how many boards are open to younger people. Some boards even have policies requiring a certain percentage to be under 30 or 40 - it all depends on their focus and the members / stakeholders the organisation is serving.

You are invited to join us at The Women's Club in Sydney on 7 May to hear more. You will also see the value of the wider WOB network in terms of your leadership aspirations and mentoring opportunities. It is not for nothing that we call WOB 'the league of extraordinary women'.
