A practical and informative program
✦ Founded on the basics which quite often aren't as basic as they seem.
✦ Real-life examples of what can happen and what should have happened are discussed. So often a decision depends on "all the circumstances" which are never identical nor ideal.
✦ Fundamental principles and duties, so often assumed but never spoken about, are canvassed because every director needs to know them.
✦ Over the course of the program you will find common ground, collegiality and friendship with your fellow participants and be astonished at the number of shared experiences.
✦ Two sessions will contain a role-play segment where you will don the hat of a fictional director in a fictional organisation to debate fictional facts. You'll find out where the rubber does hit the road even when the outcome doesn't matter.
