Lianne Hooper is a Principal of Guerdon Associates. Thought leader and highly experienced executive remuneration specialist with success delivering executive performance, rewards and benefits strategies that engage and inspire. She has managed compensation, remuneration and incentives for large corporations; and executed projects to achieve innovative and unique performance and rewards approaches that drive a high-performance culture.
Sibylle Krieger is an experienced Non-Executive Director in both listed and unlisted companies. Her background is in professional services, infrastructure, energy and water, and more recently in financial services. She has over 35 years of broad commercial experience, including a long career as a commercial lawyer and six years as an economic regulator. Sibylle has particular expertise in corporate governance and stakeholder management, and in issues to do with people and organisational culture. She has spent much time in sectors undergoing significant and rapid change, whether technological, cultural or regulatory. She has served both as a Board Chair and as Chair of People & Remuneration committees.
