As a graduate of WOBSX, Women on Boards takes pleasure inviting you to the launch of the first Alumni event.

Navigating and communicating executive remuneration and incentive plans are a complex governance responsibility of the Board which comes under scrutiny from shareholders, media and regulators.  Join Claire Braund,  Ruth Medd and Carmel Macmillan, Women on Boards, and Lianne Hooper, Guerdon Associates and Sibylle Krieger, ASX Director, as they discuss:

“How do Boards avoid “Two Strikes” on the remuneration report at their next AGM?”

You are also invited to bring a guest who is able to support your journey to the ASX and / or equivalent boards.
