Welcome back to the office! What does the future look like for our organisation’s culture and what should we be aware of?
The year 2020 will go down in history as year of disruption. While we are cascading into the new year, we need to have a good look at the impact of covid into our organisational culture and how can we protect what we’ve built and what needs to change, while assessing risks. Workforce, mental health, morale, and digitalisation are on the lips of management and non-executive directors, when new norms and company policies are being defined.
Join us for an interactive face-to-face roundtable conversation with Matthew Croxford, partner and National Head of Human Capital at Grant Thornton to unpack the topic. We will enjoy the night in a covidsafe way, and welcome everyone back to the offices for the new year.

Matthew has extensive experience in individual, group and organisational development, executive coaching, strategy creation and implementation, employee engagement and talent management.

Over the last 20 years Matthew has designed and delivered leadership development programs for over one thousand leaders both nationally and internationally across mining, education, energy, water, retail, state and federal Government, pharmaceuticals and telecommunications.

Specialising in the development of high performing teams, Matthew has worked at all levels from Board to operational teams.

Matthew is also experienced in providing support and strategic direction for restructuring, leadership transitions and culture change.

Examples of Matthew’s work includes:
