This lunch is an excellent opportunity to hear from current directors about challenges and learning from their board journeys, their tips for aspiring directors and opportunities as well as other current topical issues in their sector.

Guest Speaker: Trisha Mok
Trisha brings significant experience and insight in commercial and corporate law, governance, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions and risk to her roles. She is passionate about digital media, corporate governance and education and a well regarded speaker in these areas.
In July 2019, Trisha was appointed to the Board of Directors and the Board Advisory Committee of Australia’s leading youth services organisation, yourtown. She is also the first Independent Non-Executive Director of Australian Traditional-Medicine Society Ltd and Chair of the Chant Legacy and Scholarship Award Committee of Governance Institute of Australia. In addition, Trisha is an Adjunct Fellow in Governance at the School of Law, Western Sydney University.
Trisha is a Past President and served as a Non-Executive Director of Governance Institute of Australia for almost a decade and continues to be an active member of the Institute. She is a Fellow of Governance Institute of Australia and the Institute of Company Secretaries and Administrators. Trisha is also a Member of the Association of Corporate Counsel - Australia, Law Society of New South Wales and Women on Boards.
Trisha is Senior In-House Counsel, ANZ - Study Group and Company Secretary of several Study Group subsidiaries including Study Group Australia Pty Limited and Study Group NZ Limited, together with the University of Sydney Foundation Pty Limited - a joint venture between the University of Sydney and Study Group Australia. She led the ANZ legal and corporate secretariat team as part of a cross-functional and multi-jurisdictional project to divest 1. Endeavour College to Allegro Funds; 2. Australian College of Physical Education to Foundation Education and 3. the ANZ arms of Embassy English as part of a global sale to EC English in 2018. This culminated in the sale of Study Group globally in early 2019 to French Investment Firm, Ardian.
Trisha is also a current participant in the WOB SX Program with Mr Jon Brett - Chair, Rosalind Dubbs Syndicate, Sydney.
