Post a Position | Premium Plan
Women on Boards welcomes the posting of board positions from all organisations. The Premium Plan takes the hassle away from the receipt of applications and provides you with a qualified list of candidates that match the position description.
How it works
- You create an account on the website.
- You complete the online post a position and payment forms.
- Your position is expertly reviewed by the WOB Chair who then becomes the contact person.
- The position appears at top of the WOB Vacancy Board for up to 3 weeks (or less of the position has a shorter closing date).
- The position appears at the top of weekly vacancies email for up to 3 weeks (or less of the position has a shorter closing date). Once the 3 weeks expires the position is dropped in the regular list if it remains active.
- The position is skills-matched to the WOB database and a targetted email sent to potential candidates inviting response back to the WOB Chair.
- Potential candidates are advised they are being shortlisted and given an opportunity to respond.
- WOB provides a shortlist by email with access to a maximum of 10 candidate resumes.
- If all candidates refuse the offer, WOB will conduct an additional search.

- Development of recruitment brief.
- Candidate identification and qualification.
- Assessment of candidates.
- Preparation of candidate shortlist.
- Advice to candidates.
- Report to client.
​Fee: Approx $8,950 (inc GST) but can be negotiated depending on range of services chosen.
