Women on Boards invites organisations in all sectors to list non-executive director, trustee and board committee roles on our website. A summary of the roles is sent to our growing network of more than 19,000 women and men once a week. There is no cost to list a role, however you will need to register as a free member of our network to do so (click here to start the registration process).
The WOB Vacancy Board is designed to link the supply and demand for non-executive board roles and we have helped over 700 candidates find a new role in the last 4 years. WOB actively searches for board positions in newspapers, on the web and via our network and we have listed over 8,500 roles since the service launched in the UK in October 2012. We also encourage organisations to list their own board roles - it's free and simple to do, just follow our How-to-Post-a-Vacancy guide.

Research shows that providing information about the available opportunities is a key enabler for women gaining directorships. Women on Boards provides this service as part of our mission to increase the transparency of the board recruitment process and the breadth of access to these roles.
