The half-day workshop looks in particular at how women can achieve more from their career and encourages critical thinking and strategic thought about their career goals. On Track for Success incorporates research‐based career development discussions and activity, to help women realise their potential within their current role, as well as information about what goes on in the boardroom and the types of non-executive director and committee roles people might realistically target at different points in their career.
