Join Women on Boards and guest speaker, Catherine Fox, who has recently returned from a sabbatical in London, at our September Clayton Utz Lunch in Sydney. Catherine is well known across the business world as someone who has stood at the forefront of the push for gender equity in Australia. She dispels myths, calls out poor practice and is pragmatic in her approach to what will really work and what is merely window dressing, when it comes to thorny issues such as culture change and the gender pay gap.

Board members seeking to influence the strategic direction their organisation takes in relation to gender equity and women's workforce participation will take away some great tips from this round-table boardroom lunch opportunity. Those working in the field will enjoy hearing her strategies and tips on what works and what doesn't when it comes to gender balance and fairness.

Book your place today as there are limited places available to WOB subscribers and their guests only.
