Women on Boards has achieved considerable success in placing women onto boards. Close to 100 per cent of the positions advertised are filled by someone within the WOB network.

Following a successful member ballot, Engineers Australia has adopted governance reforms and Alexandra has become a National Director on the Board of Engineers Australia.
